Consultancy where you deal with expertise. Start to finish

The work is specific to your situation, you are not passed around a team of people who need to be briefed from scratch every time you pick up the phone. We're deliberately small. We build the right team around each project, rather than running one department for everything.

In-house marketing teams

You have a team but there are gaps. Maybe it is SEO/AEO expertise, maybe it is a senior external perspective that is not trying to sell you a retainer on everything. We integrate quickly, we are straight with you, and we do not create extra work.

SMEs and growing businesses

You know your digital presence matters but do not have the resource to drive it properly. You need someone to cut through the noise and tell you what actually needs doing first. Strategic direction, clear priorities, reliable delivery.

Agencies and digital partners

Your client needs something outside your core specialism. Rather than turning work away or stretching your team, you bring us in. We work discreetly and professionally, whitelabel or credited, whatever suits your client relationship.

Where to begin...

Every engagement starts with a real conversation. Not a scripted process, not a discovery call that is really just a sales pitch. We want to understand your situation properly before proposing anything.

01

A one-off strategic audit or digital review

02

A project with a defined scope and clear outcomes

03

A retained advisory arrangement, monthly or quarterly

04

Embedded support alongside your team for a set period

The iconic red Forth Bridge in Scotland silhouetted against a golden sunrise, with its reflection in a tidal pool.

Whichever of those fits, there's one person

steering it

Libby Day is a Scottish-born, award-winning designer who founded Nuance Collaborative in the US in 2018, relocating to London in 2022 and Edinburgh in 2025. Her background spans over 25 years across design, engineering, commercial project management and digital strategy, a unique combination that's genuinely useful for clients.

She started her career in branding, visual marketing and retail design, working across the UK and New York for major brands, before returning to Scotland to study 3D design. From there she moved through product design and design engineering, then large-scale commercial project management, before building her career in digital at large agencies.

That breadth means she communicates with equal confidence across creative, technical and commercial teams, and it's why her work with manufacturers, technical B2B businesses and product-led companies consistently delivers. She now works with clients across the UK, US and internationally, remotely or on-site as the project requires.
